TERMINATOR 4 Trailer ONLINE!!!
*Thanks to Grundy for the Quicktime link!*
This is gonna be tricky, because although the trailer was played on Entertainment Tonight (tonight!), the trailer keeps getting yanked offline. If this link does not work, just search for the most recent T4 footage on Youtube. My thoughts? McG is still directing. Bale is still doing his damn over-the-top Batman voice/growl/gutteral noise. The thing at the end looks like Starscream from Bayformers. That being said, it’s a good trailer. Bad films have had great trailers before, so I don’t put as much stock into trailers as I once did, but this looks promising, at least. I hope that this film ends up being at least mildly entertaining, for Bale’s sake. The last thing I want to see is Reign of Fire 2: Reign Harder. I have faith in Bale, but I have no faith at all in McSuck.

I’m willing to give ol’e McGinty a shot, it looks pretty good.
SERIOUSLY!?!?! Who honestly thought that this would end up shaping up to look like this?
Colour me EXCITED!!
I’m sorry Kris, but I’ve got to go against you on the whole anti-McG thing. His career is too brief, and when you think about it, truthfully and openly, he’s made ONE bad movie (Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle). That We Were Marshall was bearable and sturdily directed, Charlie’s Angels was dispensible fun AND his pilot for Chuck was really good.
I genuinely don’t get people’s bile towards him – he’s hardly Uwe Boll.
And this looks ****ing great!
Personally, I find him to be all flash, no substance. He’s a graduate of the Michael Bay Film School, and his work has all had a pattern of looking good but feeling empty. I fear this film is going to suffer the same fate.
There’s a place in cinema for the likes of Bay, McG and Tony Scott though. They’re “popcornists”.
I honestly think McG might surprise even you on this one
