Is This Depp As The Mad-Hatter?
AICN have a photo of what they are pertaining to be Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton’s upcoming take on Alice In Wonderland. You can see that picture to your left.
The site aren’t too certain about whether or not they’re being “photo-shop-conned” again like they have done on so frequent a basis that examples are too numerous to list here. Well… there’s only a 50-50 chance either way, so let me put myself out there and say that I think this is ‘fake’.
I’m basing this off the fact that a) it kinda looks it to my eye b) AICN have a repeat history of falling for this sort of stuff and c) it looks like a ginger Edward Scissorhands with lipstick. What do you lot think?

I will agree with you that he does resemble a homeless man a lot of the time, but his genuine humble attitude, his kindness toward his fans, and his devotion to his kids is what makes him so irresistible to so many women.
Plus, have you seen his EYES?

I see what happened there…..I sorted out the time on the site AFTER Hazmat made the comment about Christian Bale, and then replied to Hazmat’s comment.
Thus Hazmat’s comment had the timestamp of 11:21 am (when it was actually posted at 10:21 am UK time) and my reply, which I made after I adjusted the time, had the timestamp of 10:24 am - just reverse mine and Hazmat’s above comments about Christian Bale (so that Hazmat’s is first) and it’ll make sense.
Well, apart from the fact that Hazmat mentioned Christian Bale without any prior mention of him in this context.

Again, I can see where you’re coming from in terms of Bale’s sometimes overly-serious demeanor. He’s a great-looking guy, but he takes himself too seriously. Depp is notorious for going out of his way for his fans, as I actually wrote about here: http://www.stalepopcorn.co.uk/news/movie-news/johnny-depp-is-too-classy-for-words/ while Bale is more likely to shy away from the attention that fans bring. As far as the mom/sis attack, all accounts say it was VERBAL with a little shove thrown in for good measure. Now, I am not condoning him shoving his mom, but we weren’t there, his mom apparently was trying to hit him up for $$$$$, and the cops didn’t press charges. That’s enough for me to let that shit go.
As for Hugh Jackman, People Magazine just named him the Sexiest Man Alive. In other news, the sky is blue and the grass is green.
But I do get this snekaing suspicion sometimes that Hugh is a closeted gay.

I say that he might be gay not because he does musical theatre, but because he is seen more often with his “business partner” John Palermo than he is with his own wife. The two of them even wear matching RINGS, for Pete’s sake.
