**UPDATE** INDIANA JONES IV Trailer Dated
**UPDATE**
Paramount Pictures and Lucasfilm have officially announced that the trailer for Indiana Jones And The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull will debut WORLDWIDE in theatres on 14th February. Not only that but it will air exclusively on ABC’s “Good Morning America” on the morning of the 14th of February between 8 am & 9 am ET and then it will be available on Yahoo! Movies and the official movie webpage.
Which means us good people here in the UK (and other parts of Europe) will only have to wait until 2 pm GMT to see the trailer online!
I’d just like to say “Good move!” to Paramount! Way to stop a crappy mobile phone version appearing on YouTube!
Original Post
Did you have any plans for February 14th? Yep, Valentines Day. So were you going out for a romantic meal with your partner? Or maybe you had something else planned. Were you planning on going to see The Spiderwick Chronicles? Yes, no, maybe?
If your answer was “no” would you reconsider if I told you that when Spiderwick debuts in the theatre it will have the first trailer for Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull attached to it? Well, that’s what’s happening, so we could be in for a repeat of Star Wars Episode One where people paid full price to see a movie only to walk out after the trailers had played out. Of course, you could be patient and wait for it to arrive online as some industrious movie goer is bound to film it on their mobile and share it with the world on YouTube in fantastic fuzzy-o-vision. Or Paramount will just realise the desire of a lot of people to see this trailer and release it online on the 14th as well.
Either way we have less than a week to wait before we get to see the first glimpses of everyone’s favourite archeologist in action once again.
And if you do go to see Spiderwick Chronicles (either just to see the trailer or because you actually want to see the movie) then feel free to drop us a review.

Don’t give that movie a drop of money. It looks like shit. Pay for a ticket to something else and just sneak in. Or **** it, just wait for somebody to tape that shit and put it on Youtube.
It’s the Wing Commander/Phantom Menace Trailer thing all over again….so sad.
I thought that was Meet Joe Black.
Hmm. Well, Meet Joe Black was a Universal picture, so I don’t believe so. Might have been on the trailer reel at a later date. I’m pretty sure the first one premiered with Wing Commander.
Nope it was Meet Joe Black.
