First WATCHMEN Video Journal Online
Yeah, I know, I’m incredibly tardy when it comes to this, as it’s been on the internets since the beginning of the week, but better late than never, eh? Anyway, through the links below, you can watch the first of 12 video journals from the set of Zack Snyder’s Watchmen, due to be released on March 6th 2009 (and one of my most anticipated movies for 2009) and in this first edition you get to see the construction of the sets and even get a “fly by” on some of the locations like Mason’s Auto Repair Shop (notice the owl on the top of the building?).
The sets really do look like panels of the graphic novel come to life and I am so looking forward to this! According to Snyder on the official Watchmen blog the other videos will launch on the 6th of every month and “will be premiering on various sites throughout the year” so without further ado here’s the links!

I absolutely cannot wait for this movie. The more I hear and see the more excited it makes me. Having re-read the whole series last week, it was perfect timing for this latest update and I agree that everything looks straight from Gibbons’ hand. Between this and 300, I am officially Zack Snyder’s bitch.
