The LA Times have put together a list of famous alternate movie endings that were removed, redited, reduxed or whatever in favour of what we see now! There’s some interesting tidbits in amongst the rundown;
I happen to own that now infamous recalled DVD of Little Shop of Horrors (come try and get it Mr Geffen! 
) and I would have been SO gutted if what is written here was how The Kingdom (check out my review here by the way) was concluded.
