Comic-Con Trailer Roundup
I’m in a rush, so you’ll have to excuse the mass post for this one, but below you’ll find the footage recently shown at Comic-Con for X-Men Origins: Wolverine (cheers Grundy for the initial link, by the way), Tr2n and Quarantine. Enjoy while you can! If you missed the others then I’m afraid you took too long as they have now been pulled. Hopefully some official footage will be released soon enough, though.
First off, here’s here was the footage of Tr2n. It’s a little blurry but it’s a lot better than the first one I saw on YouTube! And I have to say, it does did look pretty nice.
Now we’ve got the US remake of Rec, Quarantine which they showed the red-band trailer for. Which is basically exactly the same as the previous trailer, but this time with some added blood!
Personally speaking, I think I’m just going to wait until I can see Rec.
And finally for now, as I’m sure some other footage will turn up eventually (Watchmen? Please? I’ve read the description of the footage that was shown now I just want to see it!), is was X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
Now that, I have to say, is what I was expecting from a Wolverine movie! All except the inclusion of Gambit, but I’ll let that slide. As for the rest, Hugh Jackman looks great once again as Wolvie, for all my misgivings Liev Schreiber looks pretty damn good as Sabertooth and the movie itself looks like it should be an exciting ride. And I cannot get out of my head how much that shot of young Logan with bone-claws looks to the Origins comic book. I cannot wait until next year!
