According to Variety it’s that guy to your left! That’s right Jon Stewart is allegedly coming back to host which is great news in my eyes! The dude was absolutely brilliant at it back in 2006 and Ellen DeGeneres was totally lacking bite last year. Chris Rock was over-rated and as long as there’s no Billy Crystal or Steve Martin then Stewart would be my choice every year!
Now all they’ve got to do is hand over some directorial or written award to Judd Apatow for Knocked Up, an Actor’s nod for Seth Rogen or at the very, very least throw something in David Fincher’s direction for Zodiac and you’ll have yourself quite the Oscar ceremony!

Out of all the past hosts for the academy awards I would totally go with John Stewart, I think he’s the best host of all time. And someone with a personality.
