I’ve just been passed some trailers for the release of Earth, a documentary which follows the effects of the Sun on life on our planet. It took five years to make and is narrated by Patrick Stewart and promises to take viewers on an unforgettable journey around the planet as it follows the three main “characters” of a polar bear, elephant and a humpback whale, while showing the challenges faced by migratory animals in our rapidly changing world and was directed by Alastair Fothergill, who was responsible for The Blue Planet, Deep Blue and Planet Earth (which Earth is a feature length version of) documentaries.
