GRINDHOUSE: COMPLETE BOXSET Details!

I’ve held off on buying Death Proof and Planet Terror, for the same reason I still don’t own Kill Bill Parts 1 & 2, as I was holding off until the special edition boxset that we all knew was coming was announced as I try and not double dip as much as possible. And now, courtesy of MovieHole, we have the details on this amazing sounding 6 disc set! Only problem? It’s only available in Japan at the moment. MovieHole has screenshots of all aspects of the disc, but you can see the expanded interior below (if you wanna see the rest head to MovieHole):

So you not only get a whole host of extras you also get both the extended and theatrical versions of the movie! Holy crap, this is a collection that is going on my “must buy” list. It is released in Japan on March 21st and is available to buy from sites like CD-Wow (who have it listed for £54.99), but I should imagine we will get it everywhere else eventually, it just remains to be seen when.

Only thing I’ll say, if you really cannot wait until it’s released in your region, then be careful with CD-Wow. The only time I’ve ordered from them, which I admit was while they were having “administration issues” I had to wait for ages, without any communications from them, for my discs to arrive. I did get them eventually, but I swore that I would never order from them again. Looks like that might change, unless I can find it somewhere else..

Seeing as I wasn’t falling over my ass with regards to both films (as you can see from my review(s) in the DVD (r1) reviews section)I’m quite happy to stick with the R1 DVDs I’ve got. Okay, so I’m missing the faux trailers but there’s always YouTube for that sort of thing huh?

Interesting, but not a must have for me personally! But if this gets released before the KILL BILL Deluxe Edition then I will spit ****ing blood as we’ve been waiting ages for that!
