I don't know Argento movies are nice to look at. But Miike has got fucked up going for him.

Katakuris is a horror-comedy-musical, Dead or Alive is like crime/action movie and Gozu is Miike doing David Lynch.

Actually check out the opening to Gozu.

I've heard of none of them but you've essentially just put a "triple" together for us there.

'Jimm' is suggesting a Dario Argento triple, mainly on the grounds that a) he rates a fair few of his movies and b) I've never seen a single Argento movie. Nope. Not one  But I've seen High Road To China 8 times

Maybe I could push to replace an Argento triple with a Miike triple?

Or would you rate Argento above Miike?

I don't know like, I know "Foxx" AND "Jimm" would jump at the chance but I got pretty burnt by the over-hyped nonsense that was Audition.

I'm going to get flamed now aren't I?

I've had a couple (yup, two!) of emails from people suggesting/requesting that we post some sort of agenda for this series ahead of each volume, so that people can 'watch along' if they so wish.

Would people prefer a full line up of what we plan on doing month by month?

Or would people prefer a header go up the week before the 3-way occurs so they can "join in" if they want?

Or would people prefer that we just say nothing, put the article up and the surprise is in indulging in the article?

Your thoughts?
