Have you heard of Annie Lebovitz? If the answer is yes, then you are probably aware that she is one of the most famous photographers of celebrities there is, and one who is very often as theatrical and provocative as her subjects. If you haven’t heard of her, I would be very surprised if you had never seen her work. That photo of a heavily pregnant, and naked, Demi Moore? That was Annie Lebovitz. Yoko Ono being cradled by John Lennon, taken just hours before he was shot by Mark Chapman? That was Annie Lebovitz, too.

For all of Annie’s theatricality, her private life has always been protected from public scrutiny, but in Annie Lebovitz: A Life Through A Lens her sister, Barbara Lebovitz, takes us on a journey of discovery as young art school student becomes the worlds premiere photographer.
